Back To Deadlifts And Pressing

My sore elbow is feeling better so I’m giving pressing and deadlifting a go today.
Squat 115kg for 3×5 – felt good.
Press 50kg for 3×5 – elbow fine, hopefully will be able try adding bench press back in on Friday.
Deadlift 130kg 1×5 – deloaded due to elbow, but it felt fine.

Just Squats Today

Elbow still sore so nothing more than squats today.
Squat 115kg 5,4,4 – missed the last rep on each of the last two sets.
I was suffering today after a weekend away visiting the wife’s friends – 10 hours of driving on motorways seems to really take it out of you!
